Basic support plan is for all products developed by the company. This includes free and purchased products.
This plan offers:
- General consultation
- Basic product installation
- Database setup
- Hosting setup
- Product upgrades installation (delayed)
- Make sure your hosting account meets the requirements outlined in the product you purchased.
- If you are not sure, we will review your account and suggest steps to take
- Purchase the support plan
- Open a ticket through our secure ticket system (https://amdtllc.com/support)
- Include in title <your product> installation support or indicate the product in your message body.
- cPanel access
- Provide us with details of your support request. Be descriptive as possible.
- Provide URL you intend to have this product installed
You will get an email correspondence for your ticket for any further information we may need and update status of the installation.
Note: If this is a local installation, please let us know and we will arrange a remote session where we can install your product on your local network.
